1. What if there is a shape, color or size that I want and it's not listed on the site?
Ooooh this is an easy one! My happy little business started with custom orders and I will continue to do them. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can take your order there with no problems!
2. Do I get a free gift with every purchase?
Heck yes you do! I include a tiny token of my appreciation in every order. I'm so thankful for you, my customers and it's truly the least I can do to thank you.
3. Do your cutouts break in transit since they're made of glass?
Rarely, but it does happen. I take a lot of care and love to make sure items are packed well when they leave my happy little studio. I cannot be responsible for pieces that arrive broken BUT please fill out a return request and each case will be taken on a case by case basis. I may ask for photographs of how it arrived so I can try to figure out what happened. You're also more than welcome to email me directly at email@example.com
4. Why aren't pink and purple available on most products?
Pink and purple glasses are more expensive than most other colors. I always have them in stock in all types of glass BUT I will need you to request these colors in a separate email. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request these colors and I will invoice separately due to the cost difference.
5. Are weights and sizes exact?
All weights and sizes are approximate. Most pieces are measured by their height.
